Verza is a young, dynamic and successful Online Payment Service Provider. Our main product is Verotel which provides a wide range of payment methods including credit card billing and phone billing to website owners all over the world.
For our Customer Service Team, located in down town Amsterdam, we are looking for energetic people with excellent customer service skills and commercial talent. A Customer Service Specialist is responsible for handling all possible inquiries and issues of our customers. From start to finish you will guide new accounts through the entire setup process, solve all issues for existing customers and advise them on how to make the best use of our products. You will become part of a small and enthusiastic team of Specialists who work closely together and continuously look for improvements in our products and the way we work.
